It will be a costom made Balmain, i'm sure. Marcus works with them a lot, and they made this one for Kristen on the Movie Awards (he's her stylist too.)

Leighton Meester wore that one in the Movie Awards, but i think Britney's dress will resemble those, sexy, sparkling with a lot of embellishments and with a rock n' roll vibe.
