I'm home!

I can finally move back from my Stan Impersonation home to my Loud thread. Its kinda relieving to be able to stan normally without havin' to call Rihanna "My gurl Rih".

Although I am gonna keep my Nicki avatar. Because, well, I can.


And today I have had a revelation. Maybe because I'm sick, but everytime I think of buying Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' album, I actually feel ill. I am feeling sick whilst typing this post. I don't know why, but Katy had never really annoyed me, but I had to unfollow her on twitter and delete her album from my 'iTunes wishlist'. I don't hate Katy, I have just demoted myself from a fan to someone who doesn't really like her. Now excuse me whilst I go get a drink to make myself feel better.

I have both her albums and a damn poster of her but I'm kind of sick of her, too. I lost a lot of respect for her after the whole TGIF remix. I was kind of mad at Rihanna for doing the same thing with S&M, but it was even worse with Katy because it was so blatantly done to tie MJ's record.

I'm sick of popstars in general, though. I'm only listening to rap and K-pop right now, tbqh.

I loved the S&M remix because I was going through an absolute Britney phase for the week leading up to it and the way Rihanna just made a song with her literally drove me to tears. I get emotional when I LOVE something in music (Only Girl premiere, for example) and yeah, I didn't mind AT ALL that Rihanna made the remix.

It never bothered me (too much) until right now that Katy has tied MJ's record. There should be a ****ing rule of distinction on Billboard of 'true' records and 'fake' records. The fact that Katy tied the record... I can't. I wouldn't mind at all if Katy did it the true way, of performing the song and appearing on talk shows... but discounting the song and releasing a **** remix is not the way to do it... multiple times.
