I really don't know. The radio reception has been amazing for this song. The DJ's love it and praise it every time they play it and the audience/general public feedback is always brilliant. Seriously, I haven't heard reception like this in quite a while. It's increasing fast on there too.
Once the video is released cheers will go top 10 for sure, UK music channels ***** Rihanna video's out so much when they are released, even Wait You Turn and Hard. It will continue Rih's top 10 (and top 20) streak. All her singles that has entered into the top 40 (the official chart) has went into the top 20, even 'If it's lovin' That You Want' and 'We Ride'.
Cheer's digital performance in the UK hasn't been that good to be honest so far, but don't forget that it is a 5th single from an album that has sold 1.45 million. It's increasing fast now though. Before the deletion it was stuck at the 90-105 position.
