All of her videos last era had videos, albeit cheap. We'll see if this song gets one. I guess they are waiting for the right time to release one.

why not release the brits performance as the official video? I think it's beautiful. I would use the studio version as the audio though because it's much better

That's what they did in the UK. But I guess since the BRIT Awards isn't a US show, they won't use it here. I can see them using the VMA performance as the video, though. But if they do, I hope they add effects to it, like Alicia Keys did to her "Diary" video:
She used her "Diary" performance on BET's Blueprint and added other things to it.
