Adds date is early next week- hopefully the video and increased airplay will help to stabilize sales in the Top 20.... sales will probably simmer but then her VMA performance should provide for a big boost. I think this would be the time (or shortly after) to release a banner, remixes, etc and get Y+I into the Top 10.
I personally think it is good if the song stays out of the Top 10 until the VMAs as this will give the song some time to build up airplay and AI, just so sales do not peak too early.
The Spanish bits help too. I think it could really be a hit in most European countries outside of the UK and Ireland.
