Her relationships with the talented people on her team have all soured, leaving her with people who don't know what they're doing. Seems like that's the people she gets along with best. People who lack power so they can be told what to do.
Gaga is just another pop girl. Her voice is decent, her piano skills are decent, she's willing to take some decent risks. But outside of that, she's still at the level where she's as the good as the people she surrounds herself with. She's not at the level where she can transcend the people around her and elevate them.
