It's such a good song too. I can't understand why it wasn't issued in some form. It seems like such a waste.
I love the song. I play it all the time. I remember going to see an early screening of Gnomeo and Juliet and staying through the whole credits cause I wanted to hear it ^_^
This album of the decade talk is so exaggerated. She said it in the middle of her own concert to thousands of people who love her and are expecting her to write what will become their favourite album ever. It isn't like she made an official announcement in a high-profile interview; the whole thing was taken entirely out of context.
The boom boom clap beat in You And I has actually grown on me. And I was slating it the whole time
But it makes the song a quite catchy. I still want that piano-only version though
