Apart from waiting for the TV airplay charts to come out on Sunday, check the TV schedule. When somebody huge (ie Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Rihanna) releases a new video, they usually have a 5 minute slot saying 'Lady Gaga - Brand New Video' and they play it like that for the first few days. Then they incorporate it into their usual programmes (VIVA Top 20, Nothing But Hits, etc). I've checked all the MTV channels, The Box, Kiss, 4Music, etc, and I have seen no mention of 'Lady Gaga - Brand New Video' yet. So it isn't in rotation yet. They're probably waiting for a) the official MV channel release and b) the official TV edit.
