The new releases are just clearing out the dead wood from the top 10, those tracks were decreasing anyway but now they've lost their top 10 exposure and are falling even faster (Super Bass) while Cheers is still increasing. By the time Cheers overtakes the older songs the new releases should hopefully start decreasing a bit and eventually Cheers will overtake them (Headlines). 
And even then it'll just be tour footage. Def Jam 4 Life.
