Discounts are really, quite normal (and honestly, I'd rather anything be #1 instead of PRA).
The only thing I'm pressed about currently in regards to Katy is TEOG.
I really honestly think TEOG deserved a bit better.
But anyway, I really hope Katy goes to other producers next album and begins transcending into a more adult pop album next go-round.
