2. Are you blind? Did I say "break"? I said "just to TIE MJ's record"? Dont imagine things!
3. When did I forced someone to stop their opinion? I said "It's your opinion, I know but please stop it here because you dont respect us because our fav did something that yours didnt!"
As long as someone is not respecting me, my beliefs and opinions, and other people with the same opinion as mine, I have the right, and I can try, to make him stop because its getting annoying!

Yes sis You gone spill the piping hot tea on the pressed soul. Classy as usual

No, but employing a cheap tactic like releasing a flop discounted remix in an effort to reach #1 instead of doing REAL promotion (which was done for all the four previous singles) kinda leaves a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.

The general public wouldn't know that though.
I really do hope it goes number 1 though, I need Katy to quickly catch up to Rihanna in terms of number 1s

Not while Rihanna is getting #1s just as quickly....almost.
Sometimes I wish S&M hadn't gotten to #1.

Ch, gurl, S&M is a beastly song, and it deserved to go number one.
That remix, though...

I think it's mainly because he's so ... mysterious. Honestly I don't remember anything about him like interviews or performances because they are so far in between. His first album was awesome, but this one looks to be a little disappointing ... for me at least. I just wish he would do some more interviews, performances, videos, chats, maybe a VEVO one hour special.

His personality is just totally unremarkable...but he hasn't even had the success that Flo Ride has had singles wise.

Hopefully by the end of the year 21 will be 4x platinum and Rolling In The Deep 5x platinum.

so you still can't get enough of RITD

Flo-Rida did sell way more than Jason DeRulo does; however, Jason DeRulo has almost all his singles top the charts & succeed well, otherwise, moderately, Flo-Rida has top and flop singles

He's basically just a normal guy. If you go to his YouTube channel he has little vlogs of himself for the album, but also showing around his house and talking about his family, etc.. he also tries to interact with the fans with little #AskDerulo twitter segments as much as he can. But I definitely agree on the fact that he needs to increase on interviews & performances. Hopefully he & his label can push for some dates on talk shows, late night stuff, basically anything.. especially VMA's if possible (but probably unlikely.)

So basically by saying to stop our opinion here, you're asking us not to criticize her anymore, which is pretty much asking us to keep our opinions to ourselves. And why should we? Just as you have a right to YOUR "beliefs", I do have the right to mine. I don't like Katy Perry as a person.. Don't I have the right to express that, as well as her haters? It's a public forum. If your logic were in place, then we should ask the Gaga haters to stop too and the Xtina haters, etc etc because it infringes upon their beliefs.
You cannot stop people from posting their opinion just because it bothers you. Yes, you have the right to express your distaste of the critics, but you do not have the right to tell them to shush.
BTW, what's this about "beliefs?" How have I infringed and disrespected your beliefs? It's KATY PERRY, not religion, for god's sakes.
P.S. Try as you might, your "gotcha!" didn't work. I *never* claimed to like Katy Perry. And the fact that I stan for nobody does NOT imply that I love everybody. I pick and choose any music that I like, but it never has implied that I will like every artist as a person. Nobody would even *think* that. Your logic is very puzzling, to be frank.
I will be very happy to entertain you via private message or Stand Your Ground if you want. I do apologize to all else for having interrupted the thread.

You BETTER keep the kat in check. Somebody has been puttin some nip in the *******' milk or something because these Katy stans are off the leash lately.
