Dark Side is my favorite of the leaks. I love the notes she went for in the bridge! Showing that she has one of if not the best vocal range on radio right now. Plus, I love the message of the song. Many current songs had the I'm perfect being me message. And DS is saying I have a ****ed up, dark side I hope you can accept it, lol. I love that.

Too me though Dark side now sounds so much like Ashley Arrison - California song that it is hard to separate the two. Why I went with a new favorite. Damn you Ashley and your amazing cd that sucked me in. Dark Side was my favorite of all time as you can see previous, but it changed since that song and since BFM

Wow you've got some crazy ears there, lol. Doesn't sound anything alike. 'California' is kinda sunny and light. And that's not 'Dark Side' at all. But 'California' was my favorite off Ashely's album Reminds me of when I lived in Cali.

I like Bleed For Me, but it sounds too similar to a song by Trading Yesterday (you know David Hodges' former band) and he wrote a song about Kelly called "Little Girl". BFM and LG have similar sounds and pace, so that kinda killed it for me.

Oh speaking of country.... next Wed. the CMA committee will be sending in round 2 of voting for the CMA Awards. So do we know any people who are members of that? haha. Second round of voting starts the 9th and ends the 23/24? Nominees announced early Sept; show Nov. 9. I hope KC and Jason get nominated for at least Musical event of the year! Maybe even song/single of the year nomination? This song was great for the two of them and a nice treat for us fans having to wait an extra year for album #5.
