It was defintely a risk doing that, I admire the risk, but at the same time it was the depressing note that left your entry down. I'm glad to hear that your looking forward to the next cycle to get farther thats always great to hear! 
I would love to see you next cycle and get far even win! (that is if Julian wants me back as Judge  )

I apologize about the delay. I have been having major connection issues with my home internet, but this should be fixed soon. Until then, the details of Challenge 4 are below!
Episode 4 - There's no "I" in "Team!"
Congratulations to our Top 9! After a competitive last few rounds, we are now well into the Top Member Competition. As you know, this challenge will be a team challenge. Your teams have been assigned and given to you, but I will remind you of the teams below:

Now for your task!
Because ATRL is a community, you have been asked to compete in groups for this challenge. Each of you will take responsibility in putting together your submission for this challenge, and because of the different time zones we reside in, you will be given additional time to account for the amount of work to be done.
Your task is to put together a profile of 1 of the following 7 artists:
1. Beyoncé
2. Lady GaGa
3. Rihanna
4. Britney Spears
5. Katy Perry
6. Adele
7. Nicki Minaj
You and your group members must decide and agree on who you would like to profile (different groups are allowed to do the same artist), then include the following:
1. A 3-photo set of that artist's BEST pictures, arranged in a visually pleasing layout
2. A mini bio including full name (and stage name, if applicable), age, birthdate, birthplace, ONE random fact about the artist, as well as a list of 3 of their most notable songs (along with the album they were from and the year they were released)
3. ONE PARAGRAPH (5-8 sentences) about how the artist has impacted the music industry in a POSITIVE way
All of this must be compiled and presented in a layout that is appealing to the viewer. Do not hesitate to BE CREATIVE. Correct grammar and punctuation will also be important. It is up to you to decide whether or not you want to give each member in your group a task or work on them all together, but you will ALL be taking responsibility as a TEAM for any successes and/or failures in this challenge (*hint hint*). Perhaps the person in your group who is best at formatting posts (adding pictures, altering/formatting text, etc.) should be given the task of making sure the layout looks nice before it is submitted.
One person from each group will submit their team's entry to me in a PM no later than 8/7/2011, @ 11:59pm (Pacific Standard Time).
Within each group, you should ALL agree on the final product before submitting it to me. If you have ANY questions, whatsoever, do not hesitate to contact me through PM as soon as possible. Your task begins NOW!

IAmCannibal and $CBCOOL$ I say we go for GaGa. We can shine with this taks, and GaGa can give us that...what do you say?
Also we should deal with photos first. Since we need 3 photos, we should all submit at least one photo from the person we choose. Then we can deal with the rest. What do you say?
