Katy's acting unbearable to her label and don't want to record any new song nor release any new material because she believes it's not worthy of receiving release treatment.So she's willing to give her track (that's supposed to be on her Deluxe album) to Rihanna.
Capitol wants bigger profit of it so they want it to be on Katy's new edition. Anyways,Katy's acting like a "spoiled little brat" and giving them headaches these past weeks. There's huge possibility of it not getting released at all. Capitol was mastering 2 new tracks last week. And this was last pm (the guy) is not sure what's going on now. What they're going to do.

I understand where Capitol are coming from. They are concerned about money, and that option would make the most money. However, releasing Peacock would be a bad decision.

They are both amazing tracks, and I would love to see them mastered and released!
Those tracks should have been on the deluxe edition of Teenage Dream released at the same time with the standard edition, not that Dream on bonus CD mess

If Katy's plan is to keep releasing more singles from TD then she's so delusional, people will get sick of her if she does that, the songs are just too old and will do nothing impressive for the album if she wants to continue with this era for the rest of the year the smart thing to do is re-release the album with new songs to keep people interested and obviously to increase album sales
