Now he has Jessie J's "Domini" coming up (possibly featuring Katy) which I think will be big, and past few day's him and Benny have been tweeting to eachother about Ke$has new "gangsta" single. Plus he also tweeted about a remix a few days ago.

Ummm nope nonsense. Katy's absolutely huge and she can find hot producers like Stargate who produced her Firework.

Actually, I think that if Dr. Luke were to retire or at least stop concentrating all of his efforts on mainstream acts we would get a whole lot more diversity.
