I know wikipedia isn't a reliable source, but it got me thinking how much I would like Rihanna to do a collaborative album/EP with someone... although I have no idea who the other person would be. The only person who comes to mind is Nicki Minaj as they get along great and have collaborated before.

Rihanna might even be able to do this with a male artist, Drake could possibly work as the chemistry between them is beyond amazing and I think they could do great things with an album like this.

Jay-Z and Kanye themselves might even be good to do this with. And the only other person I can think of right now is Katy Perry. That album, although it might not be "out there" and "pushing the envelope", it would definitely be entertaining as a side project for both Rih and Katy.

Just some thoughts running through my mind...

I'd rather take Rihanna/Katy than a Rihanna/Nicki. I'm not here for an entire album filled with Flies and Raining Men.

Rihanna/Katy would be more exciting and full of hits. I can't help but think it would be similar to Loud, which you have said repeatedly that you dislike. I might be proven wrong, as it hasn't happened yet and it most likely never will. But an album designed for commercial success compared to an album that has the potential to have meaning and some excitement, too... I feel Rihanna/Nicki might be the way to go.

I know a lot of Navy (myself included) have said that we wish Rihanna could remake Rated R, I feel that Rihanna/Nicki would have a better chance of doing that rather than Rihanna/Katy remaking Loud.

I'm still here for both options, however.

Rihanna debuted her red hair mid Rated R era though.

I think the brown hair might even be a "tribute" to her childhood in Barbados and once the Barbados concert is over it will be back to some exciting new colour for the re-release.

I agree!

Loud was still #7 on the UK album charts last week... nearly 9 months after release. She shouldn't just discard that kind of longevity.
