It's my least favorite Madonna album, but I love She's Not Me, Miles Away, Devil, and Give it 2 me(also another song where I get confused if it's Madge or Kylie), and hell I even like Incredible when I'm in the mood.
Now I'ma need to jam to Aphrodite the song

Girl, Hard Candy is VERY underrated, VERY. All the songs you said + 4 Minutes are 
Devil Wouldn't Recognize You and Give It 2 Me are easily among her best songs.
I like a lot of Kylie songs, and I think she's very sweet, but my problem with her is that she almost doesn't write her music nowadays... It kind of makes me lose a little of respect for the artist 
But I think I'm gonna try her later.
Speaking about Kylie, I just downloaded the latest Scissor Sisters' album, Night Work... I've been seeing many videos of them because of their cute bassist and became interested. It's a very good album indeed.

I agree with the bit about it being underrated, I just personally dislike the album as a piece of work. It seemed... I don't even know. Confessions was perfection and then Hard Candy came... I think the producers and sound turn me off. Other than She's Not Me, Devil, Miles Away, and give it 2 me I feel it's disposable.
I try not to recognize the fact she doesn't write a lot of her music. It irks me too, but she can at least sing and perform, unlike some other "singers"
I'll have to listen to it, and I know what you mean about the bassist
