TC changed it back to alabasterfierce merging knix with it but id asked an admin to just put knix back up, theres no ****ery going on so stop attacking mods. im not getting special treatment. Unless you have some duplicate accounts or are in good with the mods then you won't get a name change.

Since when are duplicate accounts allowed? I thought they gave insta perma ban once found out. Are people now allowed to make one to merge with and then take the name?

They've let people come back under different names before (see Remesse and RatedG) and merged the accounts.
You'd have to ask before hand though.

But yeah.. they should do requests that actually have a good reason. Like for me, months ago I had to choose between two accounts, and yet now people can get their two accounts merged? It's not really fair.. as well as the fact that Bad Romance is a better name and that nobody on this planet knows what a Remeese is.. maybe some aliens on another one.. but not here.

FYI, we're not doing name changes at this time. You're free to complain about it, but it won't speed up the process. We anticipate changing a lot more names this year, so there are some server precautions being researched. When it is brought back, the same rules will apply from the last event.

I'm gonna open up and thread called "THE BIG FAT GAY thread" or something along the lines in the lounge later this week. Please don't close it. It's gonna be the thread where gays can talk everything GAY from politics, personal stories, all the way too movies. I know the majority of ATRL is gay but i don't see why i can't have one. It's on ONE general topic unlike RT and not everyone on ATRL is gay , so it would be unfair to generalize. Everything talked about in thread will be gay related and gay related only. And when i mean Gay i mean LBGT. So please don't close it. I have a feeling it will be great thread and willl merge bonds between ATRL members from all over.

Ehh, that sounds iffy. I mean, I can understand your intentions, but since ATRL is already comfortable with such variety of topics, your potential thread sounds like a mixture between Random Thoughts and potential Dirty Talks. Not everyone on ATRL has to be gay to be okay with certain topics and we don't need to separate "gay topics" from "non-gay topics."

I know but ATRL RT has been so dead for so long and i noticed alot of people on this site love those types of threads. You get to see a different sides of members besides who they stan for. You also won't have to worry about Gay related threads regarding politics, is this celebrity gay?, suciudes and etc being posted on the front page. They can all be posted or moved in that thread . I think most people would enjoy it. I didn't want to take any chances opening it and it getting closed down again like LGBT Talk. but i can see your concern.
