Meh, do visit. Tokyo, hell even this area, has totally normalized. Most of the earthquakes are happening in the northeastern region, a good 200 miles from Tokyo. Tokyo at best is just feeling some VERY light shakes if any. I'm in the Sendai region, pretty far north of Tokyo and this is where all the action is.
