Exactly. Not having hit singles every second of the year does not put her behind Rihanna...Rih is definitely on her way up and has been doing INCREDIBLY...but Beyonce is one of the top artists in the world.

Just because someone is at a very high point in their own career, doesn't make them the #1. Katy Perry can slay the Hot 100 all she wants for her minute while Madonna stays at home sewing sweaters, and Madonna will STILL bigger star, now or overall. Just as Rihanna can slay all she wants for her minute, but Beyoncé is and will always be the bigger star.
