I really don't like the idea of Cheers being released now. It has the potential to be a smash, but releasing it now seems rushed, just to make sure that Rihanna still has a hit.
I think Man Down and California King Bed should just keep doing what they are doing, I mean, CKB is getting good success on iTunes right now. We have to wait for CKB to blow up or die, and MD has to just die. Once they are dead, Nicki can release Fly and then there will be no "Rihanna overload" on the radio at all, we can just dedicate our requesting to Fly and hopefully it goes #1.
After Fly has peaked and starts dying, then the re-release first single can come out. Then once the EP comes out, the LOUD era can continue until summer. Once the US is in summer next year, that is when Cheers should be released. It won't be rushed, it can smash, and it will end the era quite nicely.
