I don't give a **** who brings in the ratings. If they think those indie, hippie and unknown ppl deserve to be recognized, that is their right. Britney, Gaga and whoever else ALWAYS get nominated and have won awards. They are not the only one who make good videos... or videos period. This is the Video Music Awards... Not Britney, GaGa, Rihanna and the CHR Girls Awards.

Same. I was worried he wasn't going to get any nominations because of how badly this era has been promoted or well not promoted. The video releases have been sloppy also, he needs to go and perform with Jay-Z to close the show.

Britney & Gaga fans and pressed bottoms went in on Adele. There is a whole world out there, ya know? Why would she get booed when a good portion of music buyers are supporting her right now?
