Thank you for reminding me about discrimination. Ummmm, fems are also discriminating. Go back a few pages and see how masculine gays are being called insecure, closeted and small-minded? Not only here but also in real life. You just cant accept when a gay guy has natural masculine traits. Am I wrong? I think not

If I feel more comfortable being feminine, and I find it more fun, and I am proud of being that way, I am willing to go through all of that because I am not scared, worried, or bothered by how the small-minded people feel or react to it? I am here for being happy, not conforming to avoid backlash from all the assholes of the world. I am going to assume that all of this comes from living in some backwards place and try my best not to judge you too much. It isn't easy though when you are so aggressively judgmental of femmes.

You know, the muscular ones with the deep voices that only listen to country, rock, and rap music and enjoy playing/watching sports with their buddies. The ones that could easily pass as a straight guy. Yes, we can all dream about someday having one, but odds are it won't happen for most of us.  |
And it's not like those über-masc guys are perfect, lol. Sports fanaticism is not something I desire in a partner.

You being 13 and being able to hold your own is something to be extremely proud of, not be mocked about because people can't take being owned you. And, I'm so sorry you have to go through that.

That shows how little you know. Yes, on the street, the main cause of gay discrimination is feminine gays. But guess what...waaaay before any gays acted that way, we were ALL discriminated against. When the religious right and many conservative groups hate on us...it is NOT because they don't like a man who acts feminine. They have a genuine problem with a man sleeping with a man. These people would not accept you for being gay the way your friends do.
On the surface, femmes have been made the pariah of the gays...but if there weren't femmes, things wouldn't be peachy keen. We would still be hated and discriminated against. And that is a FACT.

You can't expect every people to follow in your footsteps. Everyone was raised in different environments and the way they carry themselves are mostly depends on how they wanna conform to that respective environment.
Life is not only about who you are. Sometimes, you need to consider the people around you. I won't go all queen in front of my parents. That would feel so wrong. Your own need is one thing, and the people around you is another.

Like I said in my first post: The day I find one that's not promiscuous, is not into fashion and isn't a drama queen, one that JUST has a high pitched voice and a weird walk, is the day I will accept fems. But it hasnt happened in my 25 years alive, so I wouldnt really count on it.

No...you are getting it wrong. I hook up with, am friends with, and like more masc gays than femme. No one has a problem with masc gays here. Our PROBLEM is with masc gays like you who put down the other members of the community because you think it makes you look bad. That is what shows your insecurity and small-mindedness. NOT that you are masc. Don't play the victim here...your bigotry brought this on you.
