I know all this waiting has gotten many of your nerves up, but the RESULTS are finally here! Before the Top 14 is announced, the entries will be shown (Judge comments will be posted in the second post). Anyone who makes it through to the next round should expect it to become even more competitive. Take that statement whichever way you choose!
Due to the large amount of text being posted in this round and the receiving of comments from only one judge (other than myself), judges' comments will be withheld (though in the Top 14 they will be given during each results round). If you would like to know what Marnie or myself thought of your entry, PM me and I would be happy to share your comments with you.

I chose this GIF because of the great expression Tina Fey is presenting, I have been using this GIf for quite a while and it seems to fit every subject out there. I would say this GIF is one of the fierce-est (is that a word?) out there. Simply because it fits everything.

1. Why did you choose this GIF/What is its importance to you?
I chose this gif because..........I’m a dancer.
I dance and I move with grace to the rhythm of the music. Whether it’s slow or fast, you have to learn how to move with every beat of the song. I may not be a good singer but I am a good dancer. I’m better this way and it’s important to me because it is what God gave me. It’s one of the GREAT things He had given me.
I got this gif from Pixie Lott’s music video of Broken Arrow. I know there are more Pixie video’s where in she’s dancing but I chose this one also because of what it portrays and how they dance with elegance. I always want to dance that type of dance but I never got the chance to do it. I wish someday I could learn it.
2. What makes this GIF "fierce," in your opinion?
What I think that makes this GIF fierce is the gracefulness of how they move. They move with poise, with charm, and with beauty. Well, aside from that, there are some bits of the gif wherein there’s just her singing, I think she portrays the emotion very well from that, being confused, sad and upset. Another thing, her beauty alone is fierce!

I chose this gif because the word fierce just screamed "Destiny's Child"; the fiercest girl group since music, and this gif just shows how fierce they can truly be.
It's fierce because of three reasons, 1. Michelle who remains stoic and does not falter in her strut to the stage; 2. Beyonce, who knows how to play it cute while still trying to stand out, and 3. Kelly who outshines both of them, jams her way out to the public, plays with the camera & the band, and puts on the fiercest faces in as little as five seconds. This is probably the fiercest model walk/rumba strut ever done from anyone.

1. I chose the gif above for multiple reasons. The gif features Rihanna, who is my favorite singer, so that alone automatically makes the gif important to me. However, the fact that Rihanna looks stylish and confident makes the gif usable for ATRL, and for any and all topics. Whenever I say something in a thread that is a statement and is very bold to say, the gif proves that I am confident in what I am saying and am not at all unsure about what I am saying. It shows that I believe in what I am saying, and more importantly, that I believe in what I think. To be a Top Member one must be confident, and the gif above, when used, can prove that you have confidence in what you are saying and alludes to being confident as an ATRL member.
2. Fierce has many different definitions, but upon looking the word up I found one definition that stood out to me: "Deeply and intensely felt". If something is fierce, one meaning, according to the definition, is that it is deeply and intensely felt. If you write something in a topic in ATRL and include this gif, then the gif supports whatever you are saying. To reiterate, one must be confident to be a Top Member, so by using a gif that is deeply and intensely felt by being fierce, you are providing a gif that you are confident in and showing that you are confident in what you are saying. The gif above is fierce because it helps me to show that when I write, I mean it.

1. Why did you choose this GIF/What is it's importance to you?
I chose this gif because I thought it embodied the subject of "fierce" I suppose. Rihanna making that face and saying "Who's that?" makes the gif also very enjoyable to watch over and over again. It can be used in instances to shade others on this message board by making fun of their relevance or membership date.

What makes this gif fierce is the fact that it is a gif that was created for the sole purpose of shade. It was created to instigate and to get other's pressed by it's magnificence. No other gif on atrl can make such a subtle but at the same time shady impression then this one.

1. Why did you choose this GIF/What is it's importance to you?
Firstlt, I chose this because I am a very big Hilary Duff fan and I hurried to her thread in Celebria to find a very fierce GIF, and I loved this one so I am sending it. It is an important GIF because it came from Hilary Duff's biggest hit, 'With Love,' and it also signifies a big part of me. The GIF is a description of the words 'too hot to handle' which greatly complements my stand as a person. I know I can be very bitchy, but I am just too straightforward to myself, I post my view on an object without being afraid of the talkshits I may receive. Even tough I am very directive with my posts, I cleverly visualize my wordings to make it formal and less shady and rude. Another importance of this GIF is that it represents me as a big contender in this game, and how I can be perceived as a hot and threatening contestant. I believe I have the right army to conquer this contest, and with this GIF, I am showing my entrance to the Top Member competition. I am bringing noise to the party, I am being too hot to handle.
2. What makes this GIF "fierce," in your opinion?
Aside from Hilary Duff being very provocative and sexy in this GIF, it's as fierce as it can be in the sense that it portrays different interpretations. One of it is being very hot and easily marked as a top threat. I have explained that one in the previous question. Secondly, the darkness of the GIF (you can barely see Hilary Duff's face) contemplates the mystery behind what I can do to win the game. I know I can be placed as easy to bet / threat in the competition but their mindset is probably on how nice I am (except for some) because I naturally befriend most members in this forum, and in my 4 years of existence here, I have never gotten a scandalous activity to put me in the cventer of attention. I am not popular but some members know me because I participate in sensible discussions. So with that, they probably don't know that I can provide tactics in this competition and that mystery is perceived in the GIF. Thirdly, the GIF's reaction is like 'uh' like Hilary's being so seductive. It pertains to me being careless in my stay in ATRL as I just post and not care about most of the dramas in here, but at the same time contributes in a seductive but clean way. As a Top Member, it is important to contribute to the site in as magnificent as possible, whether it be a big or small contribution.
In a simplistic explanation, a top member is 'too hot to handle.' I, being very too hot to handle, am ready to take over the competition and crush the competition. I am a TOP MEMBER.

I chose this gif for one reason. The reason is, it shows confidence. The way Beyoncé walks out with her head up eating the apple proves to me that she is very confident. When using this gif, it takes away any sort of insecurity you might have. This gif shows so much confidence. It shows how she is unbothered by what is ever occurring. It shows how she will stay on top of life and live it how she wants to. This gif is important to me because it represents everything I am. When faced with issues and problems in life, this gif describes how I face these issues and problems. I take them on with confidence and strength. That is what this gif is showing and that is how I act in real life.

This gif is fierce because to be fierce you can't be scared or insecure. You have to
KNOW that you are the baddest and the best. This gif is showing that Bey knows she is the baddest and the best. The misconception with the word "fierce" is that to be fierce you must be sexy or seductive. The real meaning of "fierce" is confidence. You must show confidence to be fierce. I simple walk down the street can be fierce, as long as I have my head up and showing that I believe I am the best. That is the reason Bey calls herself Sasha Fierce on stage is because the amount of confidence she performs with is outstanding, she becomes a whole different person.

I feel like this gif truly embodies me. A glowing, confident gworl, ready to attack the dance floor with he flowing curves and drunken demanor. To be top member on ATRL, you must have all these qualities.

Look at her. Thats practically me with a fake tan and hair extensions. I think its fierce because her moves mezmorize you.. And the wall she dances with too...

1. Why did you choose this GIF/What is it's importance to you?: The importance is just the overwhelming feeling I got when i first saw this moment on TV. These were two people who resented each other because of what society had made them believe about each other. But when she truly believed he was innocent, society didn't matter anymore. The only thing that mattered to her was her heart. And for once, he finally felt loved and accepted. It was just beautiful.
2. What makes this GIF "fierce," in your opinion?: Fierceness doesn't have to be something totally bad ass with a condescending attitude or strut. Fierceness, to me, is not caring what others think. It's standing for what you truly believe in rather than hiding behind what society approves and disapproves of. It's much more than just rebellion. It's confidence and passion. This GIF shows that. It shows two people who were never supposed to be together and how they had the strength to run to each other in a public place in front of her family and show people that what they thought didn't matter. That the only thing that mattered, was what THEY stood for. I think that is what fierceness truly is.

- A GIF is a way to convey a feeling or attitude without the use of words, in most cases. Many people use GIF's to aide in a reply or answer a question. Since a GIF can also be used to convey a feeling or attitude, it is important to look for a GIF that shows exactly what you are thinking/feeling. One thing that is important to me is setting a goal and doing your very best to make it happen by conquering any obstacles in your way. This GIF is from America's Next Top Model. Aside from our competition being based off of the show, ANTM takes people who have the goal of becoming a top model and puts them through a series of challenges to find who is the next top model. This GIF comes from one of the challenges they compete in. It shows one of the contestants participating in a challenge in order to reach her final goal. It's importance is in an underlying message. The thought behind the GIF and what it means to me, personally. This GIF is an example of doing your best to try and reach your goal by conquering the challenges in your way.

-When I think of fierce, I think of passion. When one defines passion, they may describe it as an emotion with an intense desire for something. How you act on this desire makes something fierce. In this GIF, she is showing her passion for modeling. That is what makes this GIF fierce. Big hair, exotic make-up, and the outfit of choice are all accessories for her passion. When you take away all of these accessories you notice her facial expression and pose. To me, when I look at the expression and pose she is making in the GIF, I can see her intense passion for modeling. The GIF is fierce because it showcases her passion for modeling.

I originally came across this gif a few months ago, after my friend posted it as a comment to a picture of me dancing on Facebook. I wasn't offended, and she didn't aim to offend me. We both think this woman is absolutely awesome and would totally be BFFs in real life. Haha! BUT...I didn't rediscover it, until yesterday (I already had my Rihanna gif picked out for this competition until then, lol) when I read this article about Terry Richardson's new photoshoot for Vice Magazine of some beautiful, plus-sized "real" women:

Basically, I chose this gif because it really embodies what I think is FIERCE--this girl is doing her, and can't nobody tell her any different. I think being fierce is all about how you feel inside. It sort of reminds me of something my favorite aunt told me a long time ago. I had asked her, upon returning home from elementary school dejected and disenfranchised, "Why are the popular kids popular?" Her response? "Because they think they are." And the following week, when I came back to school, I stopped worrying about what other people think of me and the friends and fun followed. I never felt unpopular again. So that's how I try to live my life! Because when people see you living to the fullest and with no regrets, when people see you truly happy, they want a piece of that.

I am a Beyoncé fan. I've always been attracted to her presence, talent, and her personlity. She has never been afraid to take risks or try new things. That's what I always liked about her.
This display is the definition of fierce. Have you ever seen anyone look as amazing in a wedding dress? Makes you wish you had put a ring on it. I chose a .gif of a shuttle launch, which is one of the first images that comes to my mind when I think about space. It's a topic that I've always gravitated towards and was interested in, growing up. As a little kid, I remember sticking glow in the dark stars on the ceiling of my room and thinking it was so cool.
I hope to have a job related to space exploration in the future.

To me, the space shuttle represents leaving what know. It represents a situation that pretty much everybody has gone through: Leaving what is familiar and comfortable to you, and diving head first into the unknown. Regardless of your fears and doubts and the things that could go wrong, you step out of your comfort zone to discover something new. Personally, I think that's

Strong, fragile, but important. I am a heart. Without me, my body would not be able to live. I wouldn't be able to move, breathe, think, hear, see.. everything would be shut down all because my existence is not present.
