Do y'all remember an article on Billboard after Rehab was chosen as a single where they said something like, "Just a little heads up to Rihanna, if you release Breakin' Dishes next, it could break records."
Billboard was sucha stan for the song.

I strongly believe Cheers would be released at some point towards the end of the era a la Rehab. It has such potential to become a big hit that her label is so dumb to waste it.
