Gaga should be getting some more healthy promo in Japan due to her Music Lovers performance last night. It was at a bit of a wee late hour (11:30pm JST), but the next day was a National holiday so few had to work/go to school. The people probably stayed up late to watch it, knowing they don't have to get up early tomorrow.
