I think they planned to use mermaid in 3rd single to create an epic video, but then Judas accidentally underperformed, then TEOG was forced to be released as single, and Gaga think mermaid doesn't go with TEOG, so she scrapped it.
The original 3rd single suppose to be MTN.

So conclusion: MTN with mermaids.
