Do it. I did just recently.
I would say start off with Confessions on a Dancefloor (mostly because i'ts my favorite. It's also so cohesive. Each track flows directly into the next. It's pretty sweet).
After that, go to Hard Candy (some love it, like me, and others hate it, like most others).
Then go after American Life (masterpiece).
Then, get into Ray of Light.
(Then, Vogue, especially if you like DITD).
Then, Erotica.
Then, Bedtime Stories.
Then, Music, Like a Virgin, Like a Prayer, True Blue, and Madonna.
Orrrr, you could go in order.
