Her sales in Japan is really amazing. Why they love her that much? Japan invented cosplay, so they adore Gaga's style? Or it's because they love her music? Even Korean pop music, which is very popular in Asia, couldn't compete with Gaga

I think a big part of it is to do with how much they appreciate her taking time to come to Asia and promote. As well as raising huge amounts of money for Japan during periods of devastation and encouraging tourism in the country, she always dedicates time to travel there and sing and perform for them, so they can enjoy and experience her music as the rest of the world can. There is obviously a lot of appreciation in Japan for Gaga, or such sales wouldn't be possible.

Yeah... it makes sense. But Gaga has something that they really appreciate, she has been successful there since The Fame era (Poker Face was HUGE). A lot of Korean pop bands (Girls' Generation, Big Bang ect.) come to Japan and promote, but they can't have the success of Gaga. She's like a local artist now.
