I'm pretty sure Hair will get released. Her label will release it, she will release it as well with her own directed-video.

To those speaking of the Japanese Singles Chart... BTW is her only #1 on the Japan Hot 100, and Bleeding Love was the last western #1 on the chart (or western female).
That isn't the official Japanese Singles Chart, though. Oricon is the official one, which counts only physical sales. BTW was #10 for 2 weeks there; an incredible achievement. The last western top 10 was over 10 years ago, I think.
