They do. Memorial Day and 4th of July are the holidays around this time of the year that mess with radio updates. It tends to affect the newer songs the most, so expect the radio updates for this song to look not to stellar for the next week.

TBE was announced about 6-8 months after B'Day was released -- right around the time of the release of the deluxe edition.

I think Billboard made an announcement about the I Am... Tour at least a month (and a possible half) before IA... SF was released.

At this point, we'll probably get an announcement of a possible tour in the fourth quarter, hopefully.
