I think it does. If she were to do a re-release it pretty sure she would have said something about like, " I can't tell much, but there is a surpise coming in a few months" or something like that. Katy could never been good at keeping secrets, and she was really honest and straigthfoward here.

LFN will die out like in September, so it a perfect time to release a new single, moreover that she needs to entertain the tour crowds until December (that when the tour finishes) with a new single.

CDT, TOTGA, and NLTM are the only songs that should be considered for release.

TBH, I think that at this point CDT is the best.
