Actually it would probably help the song. That part is a mess. Everytime i`m listening to it i ask myself why did she put that part in. It is bad and it probably the biggest reason why people don`t like the song.

I can see why it might be off-putting. I like them all except for the "ear condom" part. "Fame hooker, prostitute wench vomits her mind" is great.

The song is a mess. Apart from the intro, the song keeps on getting messier and it finishes in the most terrible way.

I love the album but i really can`t stand Americano and i do think GaGa is trying to scream a little bit too much in some songs and performances lately.

I must admit, I am pretty disappointed with the performance of The Edge Of Glory so far. I was really hoping it would manage to follow in RITD's footsteps. I've come to the realization that RITD must be the most colossal hit in a long, long time. I can't go anywhere without hearing that song. It's everywhere: it's on every station, it plays in every store in the mall and the music video is always randomly showing everywhere I look and it's constantly posted on Facebook and her picture is everywhere at every retailer. She crushed everyone else's year with that song.

I'm honestly a bit disappointed with TEOG's performance too. While it's a success & I'm happy for that reason alone after Judas, I feel like it could be doing so much better than it is.

It's unreal. I also find it interesting that people are so willing to separate her from pop music and call her something else. Don't get me wrong, Adele is from that pool of soul music, but Rolling In The Deep was made to be a pop hit. It's just crazy how big this song is.
