And there's a diff between this eras looks and the last eras, it's more extreme. If it's extreme, REPEAT IT. The way she moves on from every image within a matter of 2 interviews is a waste of something people could remember her for. It's just messy. It's unexciting, and it's TOO different. We are not shocked anymore. It's being wasted, when it could be burnt into our heads LATER.

Well, if anything, I would say with this era she has also cemented how important image is to her act, but your mileage may vary. I just fail to see how any principle in what she's doing has changed. If you just like the fashion/image less then that's fair enough, but she's never been aesthetically static, and that's been a large part of her appeal for a long time.
