Why do you want Britney at Gaga's label? It's not beneficial at all. Gaga is Interscope's main priority they don't really care about anyone else on it. And don't try to say it'll change if Britney goes there because that would be a lie.
Capitol isn't exactly hot **** right now. But, I'm sure the only reason you want her there is because Katy is a success single wise, meh. Island/Defjam would only be beneficial for a career makeover.
