Yeah, cause everyone wants it but only a certain amount of people LEGALLY buy it. Look at Chris Brown, his album should have sold about 300k first week and he couldnt even do 200k.
Rihanna is another example, EVERYONE owns Loud, but not legally.
You can't prove definitively which race made up the majority of the sales for either of these albums.

WMN? is constantly looked down upon for low sales for such high airplay, but a lot of its airplay was Urban/Rhythmic, so it sold basically 2 mill off of Pop sales, and maybe 500k off of Urban sales.
