The most guaranteed smash from this album still left is The One That Got Away. It is extremely radio and iTunes friendly. Other smashes (but prolly not number one hits) include Circle the Drain and Not Like The Movies.

TOTGA is beautfiul in every way, but it's similar to TD just not as catchy. Since TD was the least successful single from this era I don't think TOTGA has #1 potential. Then again, it's pretty inoffensive (like "Firework") so a lot of parents would be comfortable letting their children purchase it.
I think a lot of people would be surprised/impressed by Katy's more edgy/rock-y side in CTD so it would be a hit. NLTM would be a minor success at best.
"Peacock" would lose sales to the controversy but it's
really catchy with a hot, hot beat. It's probably the only song left on the album that could hit #1 and could easily take Europe by storm.
