I remember when I first heard about her back in 2008. I liked "Just dance" immediately and I was trying to find the video to watch it and there wasn't any in youtube. I remember it was in the lower ranks of hot 100 back then. Afterwards when I first watched the video I made my boyfriend to watch the video as well and told him "Yousee her? If she plays her cards well she will be the new Madonna." BF answered "You always say that when you like a female singer... Remember about Britney?." Now I always remind him that I "discovered" her while he was skeptical. Then Fame came out. It was a good record but too bubbly for me. Then The FM came. I liked it even less... It seemed unfinished and "in a hurry" as a record. So I wasn't very excited about Born This Way. That all changed.. When I listened the album I couldn't believe it... It was flowing so gooooooooood. Pop stars rarely release so good albums . I was overblown. Not even 1 filler. I doubt she will reach such an artistic height ever again.

I don't know her but I feel that she is genuine good human, that's what i feel, she is not in a pedestal right becuase like many fans she had disappointed me this era for some reasons, yet she is the only pop star that can give me life and she is a real artist ,so in general and in the musical context she is still great and i won't let stanning for her, only because she is making bad decisions!

That performance and the Glastonbury Festival of 2009 made me realize the great performer she is, and then she made me stan even harder! this bitch brought tears to my eyes, i'm just remembering everything and how slayed i was everytime i saw one or her performances on youtube!

'Born This Way' has to be my favorite yet, it's like the combination of different genres. Lady Gaga knows that 80s music was the best yet so she tried to resurrect them and combined the new elements of pop music to old school pop music. With this album, she grew more confident. She's not afraid to experiment anything. You guys need to get used to her, in 'The Fame', I think she wanted to be herself but had fear. Lady Gaga is a moving vehicle.
I was a stan in beginning, I'm a stan now. Her craft has changed dramatically, especially the way she goes about it. I think that has turned so many people off to her. It's never gonna change for me.
