And it also bothers me when guys play those silly games to test you. I'm not here for any of that foolishness. You did the right thing by breaking it off. You can and will do so much better. You'll find the perfect guy sooner or later, and you'll be glad that you waited for them. You listened to your heart and not your dick, which is always the best thing you can do in those situations.

Was he actually sick or was he being a cry baby about the slightest hint of an illness? Because most men are like that. That's the best way to end things sometimes. It gives you a chance to either come back to the relationship later on if you decide to, or completely move on and find somebody else. I cannot at him being so overdramatic about it. It's not like you guys were together for years. It probably has something to do with the age difference, though. Did he act like a child and/or younger than his age? Because if so, then you need to find yourself a REAL man, sis. Money and cars aren't worth it when the man is a worthless piece of ****. Wait for the right guy to come around and you'll realize that you can't (and shouldn't have to) put a price tag on your happiness, sis.

OMG y'all are talking bout boyfriends?! I wish I had one. I'm ready for prince charming to come to my house, take me in his limo, drive off into the moonlight and go to his mansion where we will make hot passionate love full of love.

*sighs*

*comes back to reality*

The only prince charming I'll get is the one who will give me money from working the street corner.

I'm so nervous about Tuesday, guys. I have a really promising job interview, and I'm almost definitely getting the job. But, the job isn't very classy at all. It is a housekeeping job for my city's historical society. If and when I do get it, it will be fairly embarrassing to talk about, as I've never pictured myself doing housekeeping since I'm more of an office job kind of person. The last person who had the job was a Hispanic immigrant named Fernanda, and I'm not even kidding.
I'm excited, though. This will be my first job. The only reason I'm even getting a job is so I can buy concert tickets and music this summer. And plus, I have nothing better to do with my time.

I have no idea how sick he was. I would call him to check on him and he'd be moaning and **** and Im like is it that serious. I told him to go to the doctor he didn't go. Well then you aint as sick as you say. He told me about how he acted a mess in school but thats common for boys out here. One of the things that got me though is how messy his ass was. I mean he told me so much dirt of some guys in my class and dudes I knew. I mean the majority of the dudes I knew were gay anyway but still I found out one of my associates at school liked taking and eating ***. and he told me he dated this boy i knew and he took his money. Now my business is NEVER out. No one knows **** about me and I like it like that. So Im like wait a minute man don't be going telling all my business. He even got the dude who ****ing the dude who lives across the street from me on the phone and I did NOT think he was gay.

I don't think he was too sick then either. If he was sick enough, he would have went to the hospital. He must have had man flu, sis. If you've heard of it. That is a mess though, that he has/had so much dirt on everybody you knew. Did he sleep with any/all of them? Or is he just that good at finding out people's secrets? You don't need to be dating somebody twice your age anyway, sis. Who knows what could have and would have happened to you in the end, had you not left him when you did.

Don't be embarrassed as long as you're getting paid you're good. For a second I thought you might've been trying your hand at being a call girl or gogo boy. But, it's good that wasn't the route it took.

Good luck. I need job for those exact same reasons, but I'm too lazy to get up and look for one. I need to take initiative and actually look for one this week.

Dead @ manflu. Nah I don't think he ****ed any of them. He has a friends male & female who know EVERYTHING. He could even get dick pics from one of his gfemale friends. Actually we never talked about sex. He alluded to it but I either played dumb, ignored it or didnt notice until later and another thing. He was so damn insecure. We were on the phone one day and I didnt talk as much as I did before. Thats when it went down hill cause he lept saying I lost interest. He actually made me less insecure because I actually got a nice looking guy to look my way but I think I made him more insecure. You're right though his age bothered me alot but then again it didn't. Please he has a kid. But let me stop boring you.

True, it is a job and it is money, no matter how ****** it may be. To be honest, I was considering something like that for awhile. But, that would be extremely classless of me. I could always ***** myself out via webcam, though. Then again, that would be no different than me getting paid to stan or to listen to music.

Thank you, sis. It is so hard to motivate yourself to look for a job - trust me. I've only applied at 3 jobs in the last year, but I was too lazy to follow up with any of them when I didn't receive a phone call. I got lucky with this one, though. I was on Craiglist (messy, I know) and saw it listed, so I decided to email them. And literally within 6 hours, I got the phone call about the interview. I'm still not looking forward to having responsibilities, though.

It's good that you didn't take that route. You would just be snatching money for filth because you love doing it.

You're welcome. Right! But, it's not only the self-motivation part it's the do I really want to get up at *insert time* everyday and work some job. I heard that there are actually good jobs on Craigslist if you look in the right parts. The money seems to be the only good thing for any job. Like right now if I get one I need to be around some young guys so at least I can flirt and maybe boyfriend out of it. I'm not here for working with old ass people.

Most men suffer from it at some point in their life, sis. Oh, so he had the inside scoop on everything? Very sneaky. I don't have much room to talk, though, since I'm guilty of receiving nude photos of other guys from some of my female friends. So, you guys had a relatively innocent relationship then? How old were you at the time? The first few relationships are usually innocent at first, as you aren't comfortable with being a full-blown **** until you know how another guy's mind/penis works. Ugh, insecure guys are the worst to deal with at times. Well, next to cheaters, liars, *******, and wife beaters. It's silly when guys get all worked up over something silly like that. But it's good that you became less insecure in the end. That's how you know it was worth your time and effort. Sis, please don't tell me his kid was almost the same age as you. If so, that is even messier than I could have ever imagined.
It would be dishonest and tasteless, though fun and interesting at the same time. Who knows, if I'm ever on the verge of being homeless and/or poor, I could always do some nasty **** for money. I hear Broke Straight Boys is currently seeking faux straight guys to do various naughty things for cash to other equally straight guys.
That part does make it hard when it comes to getting a job for the first time. I think it's because we're so used to the same summer routine every year, and we basically do nothing but stay up late and wake up in the afternoon all summer long. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I think we're reaching a stage in our life where we're ready to accept responsibility and give up that huge part of our life. There are some fairly decent jobs on Craigslist, it just depends on where you live. I live in an extremely small town, so I was surprised to even see a job listing for my area. I know what you mean, and that would be so ideal right now. Working with old people, depending on the job, would be boring, as you don't have very much in common with them. I actually applied at another company a few weeks ago that is 90% gay men under the age of 25. Most of my step family works there, so it would be perfect if I could work there as well. I haven't heard from the place yet, though. But I'm still hoping that I can get atleast two part time jobs this summer. Working with a bunch of **** all day would be fine with me, since I'm surrounded by them on ATRL and I would be able to gossip about the latest music/fashion/etc news with them.

Since you all like posting essays, I decided to post a small sample one I found on Google.
Every year, millions of animals undergo painful suffering or death as a result of scientific research into the effects of drugs, food additives, cosmetics and other chemical products. While most people think animal testing is necessary, others are upset by what they see as needless suffering. This essay looks at some of the positive and negative aspects of animal testing.

Many medical treatments and procedures have been developed from experiments on animals. Since animals share many features with humans, scientists use animals to test the safety and effectiveness of newly developed drugs before pilot testing on small groups of patients. Medical teams practice new operating techniques such as transplants on animals. Without animal testing, many procedures or new drugs would be extremely unsafe.

However, many people are concerned that animals are suffering unnecessarily and cruelly. They do not believe that every new drug needs to be tested on animals, especially with the huge database of knowledge and modern computer models. They also are worried that many animal tests are ineffective, pointing out that any drugs have had to be withdrawn from the market despite extensive testing. They particularly feel that animal testing should not be used for non-essential products such as cosmetics, shampoos, soaps, and cleaning products. Furthermore, some campaigners would like to see certain tests replaced and more humane methods used.

We need to make sure that the millions of animals who are used for testing new products are treated with the minimum of suffering. Although some animal testing may be unavoidable at present, treating our fellow creatures as mercifully as possible will demonstrate our humanity.
