Her label should be promoting it on iTunes. They never release the actual singles on iTunes they just rely on the album and for people to go into the album and buy the song. If they were to release the actual single with a banner more people would be aware of her new singles and they would buy them.

The Navy has nothing to do with it. The fact is the song could get hundreds of thousands of requests from the Navy, but really they aren't gonna play the song unless the other radio stations are too.

Its true though.

To think of it I dont want a Katy collaboration after all. Rihanna just re release her album the traditional way in December. (December 6th or 13th please) and release the lead single off the album in late October.

She should not release Cheers until next year summer. Preferably sometime in May. The song will still perform well imo.

Release Man DOwn to Pop in August if CKB continues to perform mediocre. There will be a 1-2 month absence of Rihanna on radio so she can come back hard in Fall with a lead single with multiformat appeal. Preferably uptempo. And re release with 5 new songs.
