All I know is that the song is doing well on iTunes, it's not offensive, people generally like it, Gaga is a big star so it's not like they need to wait & see if she catches on to play it, she has no other radio hits right now, it's been out for a few weeks...
How soon do they put other girls' songs into power rotation after it is released as a single? Is there a way to compare?
KIIS are very rhythmic leaning and never play Gaga a lot. As for Z100, she's #7 on their playlist and I'm sure they'll put her into power rotation soon.

In late 2008-early 2010, you would have been hard-pressed to drive around in LA and turn on KIIS FM without hearing Gaga every 5 minutes.
