And at this rate, Born This Way may be the biggest song of the year in Canada... it was #1 for 7 weeks, and has been in the Top 10 on iTunes up until 2 weeks ago.......... and she is coming to Canada in 1 week for the MMVAs with a performance.......AMAZING!

How much has the album sold in Canada to date? It went platinum in its first week right?

Yep... I hope she does TEOG (to get it to #1) and a tad of BTW (maybe at the start) just to get the song back in the Top 10, and since it was SUCH a smash here, and it never really got any legit promo!

I always thought it be possible, and to be honest I think if we don't get that #1 when the video comes out we wont ever see it. Its now or never. I wonder where can she premiere it, she needs a huge premiere for it.

Regarding album certifications, Wikipedia says:

^ I Australian, Danish, Finnish, German, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, British and American figures can include digital album sales.

Does this mean that, in other countries, buying a digital copy does not count as a sale? If so, my purchase didn't count
