Not sure Bloody Mary would be a radio friendly single... its a great song, but it's definetly a risky single choice. [though if it is released, then I agree it should be done so in the fall.]
+1
Bloody Mary shouldn't be a single... it's a stand-out track (my most fav), but i don't think it will be a good single
Again -- I hope this era went / will go like this:
1st single: Born This Way [February 11th -> May 2nd]
1st promotional single: Judas [May 2nd -> May 9th]
2nd promotional single: You and I [May 9th -> May 16th]
2nd single: The Edge of Glory [May 16th -> September 16th] Album release
3rd single: Marry The Night [September 16th -> December 16th]
4th single: You and I [December 16th -> March 1st]
5th single: **** (with a radio edit) [March 1st -> May 31st]
6th single: Americano [June 1st -> August 31st]
7th single: Bloody Mary [September 1st -> November 30th]
End era.
3rd - The Edge of Glory
4th- Marry the Night
5th - Yoü & I
6th - Scheiße
7th - Government Hooker
8th- Bloody Mary
You & I want the same singles in the same order, basically. But I want Government Hooker for Summer 2012, you want Americano. I do not want Americano as a single, I don't think it would work. I can't listen to it on repeat, while I love it, it is only good in small doses. Hearing it over & over again on radio would end up annoying me.

At the time BM is released (on my list), a risky choice is not bad at all. And if it happened and BM became a hit, it'll sell albums. The thing Judas and Government Hooker wouldn't do. JMO.

GH is a lot riskier than Americano. And Americano fits more in Summer. Plus, let's not ignore the fact that Americano will be big WW especially in Europe and Latin America.
Heavy Metal Lovers, Electric Chapel aren't Top 40 things guys. Bloody Mary wouldn't do too - considering Judas already 'flopped' because of religious stuff in it.
Single worthy tracks:
Marry The Night
Scheiße (Radio Edit) [different intro]
You and I [it did very well on iTunes when the album was released, so I guess public interest is there! ]

Alejandro & Americano are a lot different though. I want her label to take risks with the singles this album, & those will be Scheiße, Government Hooker & Bloody Mary.
I'm sorry guys but there wont "summer 2012" singles and "fall 2012" singles. This era will not last that long. IMO the last single we will get will be in around February/March.

Just don't tell me your one of those I saw on twitter talking about a Kanye feature on Bloody Mary. He will not ruin one of my favourite Gaga tracks.
She can't release Government Hooker - it is inappropriate, are you deaf?
Americano wouldn't work to either and Bloody Mary is too religious - we all know how Judas did on radio...

I love Kanye, but no.

Yeah, they are different but they do have the same vibe, imo.

If S&M can do great on radio, Government Hooker can do decently.
The song I cannot wait to see be performed live is MARRY THE NIGHT!
I am thinking of an acoustic version in particular, just imagine her crying in "I´m not gonna cry anymore."
Also, her VMA performances (or generally her whole appearance) happen to be her most
outstanding and I truly believe she´ll perform Marry The Night this year.
