Sis you know better than anyone that radio friendly songs are not meant to last. 1+1 is a classic that will be sang at Beyonces tributes when she is 50.
Oh I know, but I feel like "1+1" is missing something. It didn't touch me like many of her previous songs have. "The Best Thing I Never Had" is exactly what I needed from her and pretty much sealed the deal for me. I'll be for sure picking up a copy on June 28th.
And what is everybody saying? 24 days? June 25th? Fill me in!
i like the song, i wish she'd release End Of Time though but at the same time the album is coming soon and i think Best Thing I Never Had is the type of song to get people to buy albums... End Of Time can smash later
The song is a grower though. The more I listen to it the more I like it. I just wished the verses were, I don't know, different? But the hook and chorus are it.
