**** no, not when they shipped 2M(how we heard). They must have thought 400k is fine but to be safe lets ship more out, just to be prepared.

They were certainly never going to ship any amount that would in ANY WAY prevent her from getting the million, but there was a significant amount of backlash in the weeks leading up to the album release.
