You have to refresh the page for your view to count, at least that's what I heard. If you keep pressing the replay button, or looping it then it won't count. At least it never used to.

The most safe way is

1. Stream directly via youtube
2. Close your browser
3. And stream again

I do think it will count as multiple if only you Stream/Download the video each time
