Because when I finished watching the JD video for the first time, I left thinking about the singer.

When I finished watching the Tik Tok video for the first time (a similar song/video that was equally huge), I left humming the song and not giving a second thought to the singer, no matter how "badass" she tried to come off.

You can just tell some people have it. But it took hanging herself for most people to really notice it.

Do you guys think she has a chance of winning some awards at the next VMAs? There will be probably the BTW, Judas and TEOG videos eligible. So far, the Judas video >>> BTW, but it wasn't as much populair as a single, so they will probably end up nominating the BTW video

Just like the Bad Romance video was a total surprise for a lot of people, including me. That's why I was blown away. Now, we know she's done great videos in the past, so our expectations are higher.

I think this is a huge part of why some people are saying her performaces this era are subpar, in 2008/9 people weren't expecting anything huge. Now, people expect her to re-create her VMA performance all the time.

I hope they release the TEOG video soon enough, so it's able to be nominated.

I think mid-June. California Gurls was eligible and it was released on June 15.
