Lady Gaga
As I stated before, Judas is a dead fish. Let it die, and don't submit it anywhere. Push Born This Way and the Edge of Glory to Dance and Pop, respectively, and then take a page out of the Bey 08-09 playbook and divide them for the big three; BTW to Record of the Year and TEOG to Song of the Year.
Now the problem becomes - where do you submit the album? Does she want to win this year, or continue to get nominated next year? If it's the former, push it in Dance/Electronic Album; the latter, send it to Pop Vocal and take the loss when Adele mollywhops her competition. I vote for the latter, because You and I SCREAMS Pop Vocal nominee/winner.
In summation:
Album of the Year, Born This Way
Song of the Year, The Edge of Glory
Record of the Year, Born This Way
Pop Vocal Album/Dance/Electronic Album, Born This Way
Pop Solo Performance, The Edge of Glory
Dance Recording, Born This Way
6 nominations in total - 1-2 wins (both in the Dance field.)

I can see this happening. Its a shame Gaga will potentially lose for the third year in a row in the AOTY category but Adele really deserves it

I think another rock album will win AOTY.

Rihanna
This is all a lark - I think we can all agree, based on her overall Grammy history and the restructuring of the categories, Riri is never getting a solo vocal nomination. Her label will still try, though, and seeing as how they didn't do the smart thing and issue a remix with a country star, California King Bed will be submitted to Pop Solo Performance. What's My Name is a surefire sub to Rap/Sung, and a sure bet for a nomination.
Here's where things get tricky. What to do with a song called S&M? Months ago, I would have said it was an easy submission and possible win in Dance Recording, but then the Rihmix premiered. Let's ignore it's quality (or lack thereof) for a second - I think Island Def Jam should take advantage of the fact that no groups besides BEP have had hits this cycle, and submit it to Pop Group Perfomance. Why not take the risk? Submit Man Down to R&B Performance - little to no chance for a nomination, but that's the only logical place it could be submitted (it's not reggae enough for the World categories.) Her dance submission this year should be Who's That Chick.
In summation:
Album of the Year: Loud
Record of the Year: What's My Name
Pop Vocal Album: Loud
Pop Solo Performance: California King Bed
Pop Group Performance: S&M the Rihmix
Dance Recording: Who's that Chick
Rap/Sung Collaboration: What's My Name, All of the Lights, Fly
2 nominations, no wins.

Adele is the Lady Antebellum of 2011. Strong single, weak album.
So far, Born This Way is taking AOTY

Mrs. Russell Brand
Okay, so it's pretty simple, right? Here's her hiccup:
WHAT IF LAST FRIDAY NIGHT EXPLODES?
Does she submit both LFN and Firework to Pop Solo? Submit one of the them to Rock Performance?
I think she should submit them both to Pop - let the voters decide what's what.
Record of the Year: Firework
Song of the Year: Firework
Pop Solo Performance: Firework, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)
Pop Group Performance: E.T.
Short-Form Music Video: E.T.
2-5 nominations, 1 possible win

IDTS, I feel like the grammys love everything about Adele. The soul, the lyrics, the production, the focus on the sound rather than the theatrics, etc. I was worried about Gaga even getting nominated but I would find it very surprising that they ignore BTW after its massive first week of sales.

Actually it's both. A strong single and strong album
And I'd bet on "21" since the Grammys eat that type of album up.

Yes, and that's why it got better reviews than Lady A's and GaGa's albums.
And Gaga will get the same treatment Eminem got last year.

I would also suggest Katy sending California Gurls or E.T. for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration

Well, since you guys brought her up ...
Adele
Simplest case yet - I'd go so far as to say that her label should take a risk and submit Set Fire to the Rain. Consider how her year has gone, she might just get nominated.
Album of the Year: 21
Record of the Year: Rolling in the Deep
Song of the Year: Rolling in the Deep
Pop Vocal Album: 21
Pop Solo Performance: Rolling in the Deep
Rock Performance: Set Fire to the Rain
Short-Form Music Video: Rolling in the Deep
5-7 nominations, 3-5 wins.

Pure pop artists like Katy NEVER get sent to Rap/Sung because they won't get nominated. (See Christina sending Dirrty and Can't Hold Us Down to Pop Collabo - and getting in both times.) Last year she sent California Gurls to Pop Collabo; now that the category doesn't exist anymore, she'll be sending E.T. to Pop Group.
I think, if she were to win a Grammy, this category this year would do it for her.

"Set Fire to the Rain" to Rock Performance?
Perhaps she should submit something to R&B, though I doubt she gets nominated there.

I hope GaGa's label submits the album where it belongs (Pop Vocal Album). BTW doesn't belong to Dance/Electronic IMO. BTW is more pop-rock, except for a few songs.

Good point. But I doubt even if she sends E.T. to Pop Group she'll win it, since BEP might sneak in a win. They sure as hell did winning Best Pop Vocal album

Actually I completely agree with this. It's not much of a Dance/Electronic album so it should be with the Pop Vocal Album. That also leaves a space for Britney to sneak in a Grammy

I agree, BTW takes a lot of sounds from a lot of different genres so its hard to justify if it belongs in either Pop Vocal or Dance/Electronic album. I feel like half the album is dance/electronic and the other half is pop/rock

I think she can get into Rap/Sung Collaboration purely on the fact Kanye is attached to the track. He has been nominated and won so many times. I'm really not convinced that "E.T." will be able to compete for a spot in Pop Group because of the combination. Rap/Sung is weak. It could get in. "Rich Girl" got in. "My Love" did, too.
