(Sky News) - Loved for her music and extrovert style, it now seems Lady Gaga's fans are also crazy about her alleged "goo diet" -- sending sales of baby food rocketing 100 percent, Sky News reported Friday.

Ever since it was rumored that the "Born This Way" singer was tucking into infant meals to maintain her svelte figure while on tour, jars of the puree have been flying off supermarket shelves.

Orders for Heinz Mum's Own Creamed Porridge have leaped by 100 percent, while those for pasta and spaghetti Bolognese purees are up by 87 percent, according to grocery website Ocado.

A spokeswoman said, "Sales of baby food have been static but since Lady Gaga was reported to be a fan, demand has gone through the roof as women are copying her eating habits."

The faddy diet, devised by Tracy Anderson, the personal trainer who is also credited with sculpting the figures of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, is said to be a hit with a host of celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston and Cheryl Cole.

Those on the goo diet have one main meal a day then snack on 4oz jars of the baby food -- which is said to curb hunger pangs.

Anderson said she devised it to cleanse the system but stars have jumped on the idea, claiming it is a way to feel full but still shed the pounds despite health experts warning it is not healthy.

****yanne is not the popstar. I don't need her to be arrogant, or to even come out and speak publicly about Gaga. She needs to know her place and toil behind the scenes. As for Gaga's pretentiousness, that too is often off-putting.

Laurieann definitely wants to be a star. I'm sure she used Gaga's name to land those shows on E! and BET. And she likes to act as if she is the mastermind behind many of Gaga's ideas, but when you hear her speak you know that just isn't possible because she's not smart enough to come up with these creative ideas.

Also, there are a few pictures of Matthew, and even a couple of videos where he's seen with Gaga, but I NEVER heard him speak about his partnership with Gaga. He knew his spot was behind the scenes, and Laurieann doesn't realize that.

Once Gaga's popularity (inevitably) decreases, Laurieann will walk out.

The red coloring of her cheeks and somewhat big size of them, I think is one of the symptoms of Lupus.....
