Has anyone released any kind of statement saying that Interscope are involved? So far we have the Wall Street Journal and other credible sources telling us that Amazon are paying wholesale price.
I'm not against gaga, but the discount is summed up in one word, subsidy. I can't believe that there are people that believe Amazon's gonna lose so much money.
Perhaps you would like to put your jealousy to one side for a moment and find some receipts for us sis? We are all waiting.
I'm not jealous or envious.
I like her and think she is right to make these promotions.
but to say that she and interscope is not involved in this is ridiculous
I dont know why ppl complain, shes not the only artist that amazon has done this to, when Kanye released his last album, amazon priced it at 3.99 and there was an amazon SPONSORED coupon/discount for $3.00 thus making the album 0.99c, i think it is impressive that Gaga was able to move that many copies in one week at the same or similar deal that other artists have, people need to shut up and suck it in, Gaga is one of digital music's true queens. Deal with it.

To make this sort of statement without reading all of the sources and online publications that have confirmed they are not in a deal together is just sad.

The one unconventional promotion that Gaga's record company wasn't affiliated with was Amazon MP3's amazingly low 99-cent, one-day discount on the set on May 23.

I see, so button line is: no OFFICIAL statement from the relevant parts, all presupposition.
